Objetives

The objectives of the CCDER are set forth in article FIFTH of its bylaws and state the following:

The Economic Development Consulting Board for Rosarito (Consejo Consultivo de Desarrollo Económico) has the following purposes:

To act as an advising and consulting organization.

Study, evaluate and recommend proposals for the promotion and support of the economic activities of the Playas de Rosarito, Baja California municipality.

Support programs regarding infrastructure, investment and worker and businessman education for the municipality of Playas de Rosarito, Baja California.

Issue a collegiate recommendation regarding the Strategic Plan for the Development of the Municipality of Playas de Rosarito, B.C.

Support the municipality of Playas de Rosarito, B.C., regarding measures taken before any Mexican governmental agencies and others, as applicable.

Consolidate the necessary means to carry out its objectives.

Execute and enter into all types of actions, contracts and transactions, civil or commercial in nature, that either directly or indirectly are related with the objectives of the Economic Development Consulting Board for Rosarito (Consejo Consultivo de Desarrollo Económico).

Contracting professional, administrative and secretarial personnel necessary for carrying out its objectives.

The Economic Development Consulting Board for Rosarito (Consejo Consultivo de Desarrollo Económico), shall be a non-profit organization, nor will it be permitted to have its capital stock represented by shares.
